These Terms & Conditions apply to all initial consultations offered by RAE Immigration Consulting Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “the RCIC-IRB”). By booking a consultation through our website, you (“the Client”) agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Consultation
The initial consultation is a one-time session designed to provide preliminary immigration guidance based on the personal information you share. It may include an overview of your situation, available immigration options, eligibility considerations, and next steps.
This session does not create a formal client-representative relationship. If you wish to retain RAE Immigration Consulting Inc. for additional services or representation, you will be required to sign a separate Service Agreement.
2. Consultation Types & Fees
We offer a variety of consultation types (e.g., 30-minute, 60-minute, or focused topic sessions).
Each consultation may vary in duration, price, and method (video call, phone call, or in-person).
The applicable details, including fees and available time slots, are shown clearly at the time of booking.
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
Fees are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may include GST/HST depending on the province of supply and applicable tax laws.
⏰ All consultation times displayed on our website are in local Calgary time (Mountain Standard Time – MST).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their consultation once, provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
All consultation fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellations by the client.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited and non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy
All consultation bookings are final and non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to proceed with your consultation due to RCIC-IRB unavailability or technical difficulties, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation is held in strict confidence in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
We do not disclose any client information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
6. Scope & Limitation
This session is limited to general immigration advice provided during the booked appointment.
To engage in full representation or case management services, a formal Service Agreement must be signed.
No documents will be prepared, submitted, or reviewed beyond what is discussed in this session.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
We provide guidance based on current immigration laws, regulations, and our professional knowledge.
However, we do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome or decision by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other authority.
